Stress is a part of our lives. This is a busy time for people to live in an  increasingly

 stressful life. 

Experts say that a little bit of stress can be  beneficial as it will keep you  sharp and ready

 to move forward and is sometimes

 vital for achieving optimum performance. However, medical research shows that

 long-term stress is very harmful to your body, and can block the body's natural  ability

 to repair, restore and protect yourself. 

More than 90% of diseases are caused by stress. Stress, both physical and

 mental reactions. This can lead to chronic diseases, obesity, insomnia, bad relationships,

 depression, and many others.

Stress is such a powerful and damaging effect that it is very important to be  aware of the

 effective stress-management techniques to lead a successful, happy, and healthy life. 

We need to remember that we are always away from  the inevitable factors that cause

 pressure and pain, for us. What we didn't know, so it's really hard to do, not a problem,

 but it is our attitude towards it. Thus, the main reason for stress is the attitude

 toward these things. How to effectively deal with stress?

Listed below are 5 useful tips for dealing with stress.

1. To identify what is causing you stress and anxiety. It is a good idea to make a  list

 of your stressful experiences. Immediately deal with the issues that you can  change, to

 wake up in the morning and go home fast to work, not to leave things until the

 last minute, and delegating the responsibility that you have taken responsibility, and that

 is  about it. Forget about the problems, which are not likely to be affected, for example,

 the  traffic jam or in an elevator that is falling since there is no place for you.

2. Just calm down. A few minutes of rest will do you good. Wash your face, breath 

 slowly and deeply, what if there is tension in any part of your body and let it go. You

 can also listen to easy music or make a call to a friend of mine. The dirty of

 your feelings and emotion is a healthy alternative.

3. It will come to pass, and after that, you’re not well-known. To remind yourself  that

 a stressful event that ends sooner or later can make you see the bright side of things. At

 the same time, in the quiet of your feelings, and think about what  the best way is to

 avoid the glare of your own energy, you will do what you need to do.

4. Get to know yourself. Ask yourself, what is it that makes you feel excited? If, for

 example, that is your job, maybe it's time for you to think about whether it  would be

 better to find a less stressful job. You can also make your job more  bearable by letting

 you know that it is the holidays.

5. You can use your reaction time. As we all respond to stress, we also have the  opposite

 reaction-the relaxation response. For a person to do this on a regular basis. 

This response involves two steps. Again, and again, perhaps, in one word, the voice,

 the expression, or a repetitive movement. The second step is to ignore other points of

 view that come to your mind when you must come back to repeat it again. 

These methods  should be applied once  or twice a day for about 15 minutes.

Sit down, quietly, to select the appropriate sound, such as prayer, the sound of,  or

 the word, love, peace. Or you can do repetitions of the exercises, such as yoga, jogging,

or reiki. In addition, the dual of the types of activities, and there are fabrics and 

handwork.

When you incorporate these into your daily life, you need to be calmer and better able to

 cope with stress. Exercise to improve the experience, the easier it will be for you.

The real cause of the stress, with no problems or negative experiences

 that  you  encounter in your life, but, rather, to you, is their attitude.

So here is to change your attitude and to develop a working state, because it  can be tense

 and uncomfortable at the same time.

We need to understand that what we're focusing on getting the energy from us  and

 nourishes us. The more you think about the factors that cause your stress, the more

 the energy you give to it.

So, it is very important to let it go, and focus on convenience. Therefore, you will  have

 the chance to be the one the like-minded person the stressor, and, therefore, less likely to  be harmful effects.

Ultimately, it is up to you. You can choose to either continue to respond to  stressful

 situations in the same way, or to enhance your life by changing your mindset has to

 offer. There are no two ways about it.

deciding based on your values & helps you stay focused on the goals you want to achieve. 

The  process of writing one compels you to think about the purpose of your life and how to 

achieve that.

IDENTIFY YOUR STRENGTHS :

Knowing your strengths and how to apply them make you a more desirable Job candidate.

 Perhaps your math skill has always stood out, enabling you to work out complex calculations

Here are some steps to help you identify your strength.

     List your skills, write down the things you are good at, whether it is a school subject,

   Identify your markable skills. Narrow down your strengths to the one most important to

Working towards a Long-term goal is easier if you really believe in its purpose.

The Following question can guide you as you try to identify your core values

  •       Is it important that your work gives back to society?
  •          Do you prioritize work-life balance?
  •          Are you motivated by inspiring others?
  •          Do you believe in taking responsibility for your own actions?

To gain a wider perspective of your values, consider the following

  •          Ask those who know you best. Close friends or family members can identify what they think your values are?
  •          Take  an online values test. These tests provide you with information about your personality & Beliefs, both of which can help determine your values.
  •          If your values counter your established goals, consider altering your goal to one that is related to, but still maintain your core values.
  •        Evaluate how your skill can solve issues.

Another key stage in developing your vision statement is to decide how your personal abilities & beliefs can solve problems.

  • Identify what potential issues you may encounter in your career and determine how your skill and attributes make a positive impact.
  • What issues are you passionate about?

Write out your MISSION Statement

Your aim should be to keep the statement concise while giving enough detail to make it unique.

The statement can be written in two sentences, which helps keep it brief and to the point.

Here is a sentence-by-sentence breakdown to make the most of this short concise statement

·   First sentence: Simple state the field you want to work in or the specific job you want to have.

·  Second Sentience: Explain your reason for setting the career goal in your first sentence. Perhaps you want to make improvements to how insurance policies are sold to young people.

·  When you are finished, review your completed statement. It should clearly point to your career goal and say why you want to get there.
