Stress is a part of our lives. This is a busy time for people to live in an  increasingly

 stressful life. 

Experts say that a little bit of stress can be  beneficial as it will keep you  sharp and ready

 vital for achieving optimum performance. However, medical research shows that

 long-term stress is very harmful to your body, and can block the body's natural  ability

 to repair, restore and protect yourself.

 mental reactions. This can lead to chronic diseases, obesity, insomnia, bad relationships,

 depression, and many others.

Stress is such a powerful and damaging effect that it is very important to be  aware of the

 effective stress-management techniques to lead a successful, happy, and healthy life.

 pressure and pain, for us. What we didn't know, so it's really hard to do, not a problem,
