Coriander, Onion, Garlic has great health benefits
All the three substances are beneficial for various diseases like heart disease, pneumonia, constipation, anaemia, high blood pressure, respiratory disorders, diabetes, tuberculosis.
Coriander:
1. Digestive power increases

problem and increases digestion power. Drinking with fresh Coriander leaves
gives relief from indigestion and nausea problems. Eating Coriander, Green
Chilli, Coconut and Ginger Chutney, gives relief from the pain caused by
indigestion. Also drinking half a glass of water with two spoons of cilantro
gives relief from stomach-ache.

good cholesterol. People with weak eyesight should consume Coriander. Green

eyes.
Onion:
1. Increases immunity
Onion works to increase the
immunity power of the body. It has many properties like Phosphorus, Magnesium,
Potassium and Vitamin-C, which help to make the body healthy and increase
immunity. Consuming Kandya can be beneficial for digestion problems. You can
eat onion in the form of salad to strengthen digestion and keep your stomach
healthy.

Onion also has anti-cancer
properties. They do not stop the growth of cancerous cells in the body, rather
they destroy them. In many studies, it has been claimed that those who eat
onions, they have less risk of serious diseases like cancer.
