Coriander, Onion, Garlic has great health benefits



Garlic, onion, cilantro are always available in the food of most of the families. All three substances have great benefits for sound health. But, if consumed excessively, it can also cause breakage.

All the three substances are beneficial for various diseases like heart disease, pneumonia, constipation, anaemia, high blood pressure, respiratory disorders, diabetes, tuberculosis.

Coriander:

1. Digestive power increases

Kothimbir removes potachya problem and increases digestion power. Drinking with fresh Coriander leaves gives relief from indigestion and nausea problems. Eating Coriander, Green Chilli, Coconut and Ginger Chutney, gives relief from the pain caused by indigestion. Also drinking half a glass of water with two spoons of cilantro gives relief from stomach-ache.

If you feel very tired, weak, or dizzy. Mixing ten grams of sugar candy (Khadisakhar) and half a cup of water in two spoons of Coriander juice and drinking it morning and evening reduces fatigue and weakness.

Coriander is very beneficial in removing respiratory diseases. If you are suffering from cough, asthma, or trouble in breathing, grind it finely by taking equal amounts of coriander and sugar candy (Khadisakhar). Take one spoon of this mixture in Bhattacharya water and make the patient sick. Doing this regularly for a few days will give relief.

Coriander controls the amount of insulin in the blood. Coriander intake is also very beneficial for kidney. Kidney stones, that is, those who have problems with oral cavity, drink boiled pot of coriander in the water in the morning. Gradually the mucus goes out of the urethra. Green coriander reduces bad cholesterol in the body and increases good cholesterol. People with weak eyesight should consume Coriander. Green Coriander is rich in Vitamin 'A' like carrots, it is very beneficial for the eyes.

Onion:

1. Increases immunity

Onion works to increase the immunity power of the body. It has many properties like Phosphorus, Magnesium, Potassium and Vitamin-C, which help to make the body healthy and increase immunity. Consuming Kandya can be beneficial for digestion problems. You can eat onion in the form of salad to strengthen digestion and keep your stomach healthy.

2. Will be protected from cancer -

Onion also has anti-cancer properties. They do not stop the growth of cancerous cells in the body, rather they destroy them. In many studies, it has been claimed that those who eat onions, they have less risk of serious diseases like cancer.

3. Hi blood pressure control

If someone has a problem of high blood pressure, then he should eat raw onion. Consuming Kandya is beneficial only in diseases related to heart disease. This reduces the risk of heart attack to a great extent.

Garlic :
