बुलढाणा जिल्ह्यातील शेगाव हे प्रसिद्ध तीर्थक्षेत्र आहे. श्री गजानन महाराज यांचे वास्तव्य लाभलेले हे ठिकाण विदर्भातील पंढरपूर असे संबोधले जाते. महाराजांच्या समाधीस्थळावर एक भव्य मंदिर बांधले गेले असून त्याची व्यवस्था तेथील 'गजानन महाराज संस्थान' पाहते.

Shegaon in Buldhana district is a famous pilgrimage site. The place where Sri Gajanan Maharaj lived is called Pandharpur in Vidarbha. A grand temple has been built on the Maharaja's burial site and its arrangements are being looked after by the 'Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan' there.

श्री संत गजानन महाराजांच्या वास्तव्यानंतर शेगावला पवित्र स्थान म्हणून प्रतिष्ठा प्राप्त झाली . त्यांच्या समाधीच्या ठिकाणी श्री संत गजानन महाराज मंदिर बांधले आहे. संत गजानन महाराज संस्थान हे विदर्भातील सर्वात मोठे मंदिर ट्रस्ट असून "विदर्भाचे पंढरपूर" म्हणून ओळखले जाते.

After the stay of Sri Sant Gajanan Maharaj, Shegaon got the reputation as a holy place. Sri Sant Gajanan Maharaj Temple is built at the place of his tomb. Sant Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan is the largest temple trust in Vidarbha and is known as "Pandharpur of Vidarbha".

॥ श्रींचे समाधी ग्रहण स्थान ॥ श्री येथे संजीवन समाधी स्थितीत स्थित आहेत समाधी घेण्याच्या दोन वर्षापूर्वीच श्रींनी या स्थानाकडे अंगुली निर्देश केला होता. दि. ८ सप्टेंबर १९१०, भाद्रपद शु. पंचमीला श्रींनी समाधी घेतली. श्रींनी समाधीची पूर्वसूचना दिल्यामुळे त्यांचेच समक्ष श्री मंदिर निर्माण कार्यास प्रारंभ झाला होता." श्री साक्षात कल्पतरु" व "सत्यसंकल्पाचे "दाते आहेत. या वचनाची प्रार्थना, श्रध्दा आणि विश्वासासह आपण अनुभूती घेवू शकता. हे त्रिकाल सत्य आहे.

॥ Shri's samadhi eclipse place ॥ Shri is in Sanjivan Samadhi state, Sri had already pointed his finger towards this place two years before taking Samadhi. d. 8 September 1910, Bhadra pad Sh. Shri took Samadhi on Panchami. As Sri had forewarned the Samadhi, the construction work of Sri Mandir was started in his presence. You can realize this promise with prayer, devotion, and faith. 1. Krishnaji cha Mala:

गजानन महाराज जळत्या पलंगावर बसून राहिले

स्वामी भास्करासह आडगावात दत्त मंदिरात उतरले. भक्त मंडळींनी दर्शनास गर्दी केली. आडगावचे बडे वतनदार अमृतराव देशपांडे गजानन महाराजांच्या दर्शनास आले होते. त्यांना आपल्या समोर एक वेडापिसा दिगंबर दिसला. अमृतराव मनी म्हणाले "काय हे वेडे लोकं, हा तर समोर कोणी भष्ट्र दिसतोय. याचा दर्शनास एवढी गर्दी ? असे बोलून ते नाक मुरडून आपल्या घरी गेले. घरी पोहचल्यावर त्यांचे एवढे पोट दुखू लागले.की ते गडाबडा लोळायलाच लागले. गावातील वैद्य आणले पण कोणालाच गुण येईना. भास्करांना बोलावणे पाठविले गेले. भास्कर येतातच अमृतरावांना म्हणाले-" हा संत निंदेचा परिणाम असे. ह्याला उपाय म्हणजे गजाननास शरण जाऊन त्यांची क्षमा मागणे." अमृतरावांना त्यांची चूक कळाली. ते त्याच अवस्थेत दत्त मंदिरात आले. श्रींच्या चरणी लोळण घेऊन क्षमा-याचना केली. महाराजांच्या कृपेने पोटशूळ त्वरित थांबला. सर्वांनी महाराजांचा जय-जयकार केला.

Along with Swami Bhaskara, Datta came down to the temple in Adgaon. Devotees thronged for darshan. Amrita Rao Deshpande Gajanan Maharaj, the great patrician of Adgaon, had come to see him. They saw in front of them a crazy Digambar. Amrita Rao Mani said, "What are you crazy people, there is someone in front of you. There is such a crowd to see him?" He turned his nose and went to his home. When he reached home, his stomach hurt so much that he started to roll over. The village doctor was brought but no one was able to help him. will not come. Bhaskar was sent to call. As soon as Bhaskar came, he said to Amrita Rao-" This was the result of the saint's slander. The remedy for this is to surrender to Gajanana and ask for his forgiveness." Amrita Rao realized his mistake. He came to the Datta temple in that state. He fell at the Lord's feet and begged for forgiveness. By the grace of the Maharaja, the colic stopped instantly. Everyone cheered for the Maharaja.

पुढे महाराज भास्करासह बेलुर्यास गणपत पाटीलांच्या घरी आले. भोजनोत्तर ते भास्करासह अकोलीत मिराजी मठास निघाले. तिथे भजन सुरु होते. त्या ठिकाणी पांडुजी अमृत पाटील मृदूंग वाजवीत होते. त्यांना दोन्ही पायांना लकवा मारला होता. बारा वर्षा पासून ते या व्याधीने त्रस्त होते. त्यांची स्वामींवर अपार श्रद्धा होती. ते गुरुभजनात मृदंग वाजवीत होते. इतक्यात स्वामी उठून त्यांचा जवळ येऊन म्हणाले, "ऊठ-ऊठ" व पाठीवर हात मारीत उठवले, आश्चर्य! पांडुजी अमृत पाटील उठले आणि भास्करानी दिलेल्या वाटेवरून चालले सुद्धा. सर्वांनी गुरुमूर्तीचा जयघोष केला.

Later Beluryas along with Maharaj Bhaskara came to Ganpat Patil's house. After breakfast they left for Miraji Math in Akoli along with Bhaskara. Bhajan starts there. Panduji Amrit Patil was playing mridung at that place. He was paralyzed in both legs. He was suffering from this disease since twelve years. He had immense faith in Swami. He used to play mridanga in Gurubhajan. In the meantime, Swami got up and came near him and said, "Get up-get up" and slapped his hand on his back and raised him up, surprise! Panduji Amrit Patil got up and also followed the path given by Bhaskara. Everyone cheered for Gurumurthy.

शेगावी समर्थांचा मुक्काम कृष्णाजी पाटलांच्या मळ्यात असताना पाटील अत्यंत आनंदात होते. ते महाराजांची सेवा करत होते. घरून जेवण घेऊन मळ्यात येत असत. समर्थांना बसण्यासाठी पलंग आणला होता. भास्करांची स्वारीही सेवेत हजर होती. तेथे गोसावी आपल्या शिष्यासह आला. कृष्णाजी पाटील दयाळू होते. त्यांनी त्यांचा राहण्याची सोय केली तेव्हा ब्रह्मगिरी पाटलास म्हणाले- "पाटील आम्हाला स्वयंपाकासाठी येथे शिधा ताबडतोब पाठवा, म्हणजे आम्ही इथेच भोजन करून तृप्त होऊ." कृष्णाजीने ताबडतोब शिधा सामग्री पाठवली. त्यांना तृप्त केले.

Patil was very happy when Shegavi Samartha was staying in Krishnaji Patel's farm. He was serving Maharaj. They used to come to the farm with food from home. A bed was brought for the able to sit. Bhaskar's ride was also present in the service. There Gosavi came with his disciple. Krishnaji Patil was kind. When he arranged for their accommodation Brahmagiri Patalas said- "Patil send us rations here for cooking at once, so that we may be satisfied eating here." Krishnaji immediately sent the ration material. Satisfied them.

संध्या समयी ब्रह्मगिरी आपल्या शिष्यांसमोर गीतेवर प्रवचन करू लागले. महाराज पलंगावर बसलेले ऐकत होते. त्यांनी प्रवचन करण्यास सुरुवात केली, "नैन छिन्दन्ति शास्त्राणि," आणि सांगू लागले कि खऱ्या संतांना शस्त्राने मारल्याने काहीही होत नाही. कारण ते आत्मलीन असतात आणि तुम्ही ज्यांची सेवा करीत आहात ते तर वेडेच वाटतात, काही ज्ञानी दिसत नाही. श्रींची केलेली निंदा भास्करला सहन झालेली नसताना बघून अचानक योगाग्नी प्रकट झाला आणि महाराजांच्या पलंगाच्या पेट घेतला. सर्वत्र ज्वाळा दिसू लागल्या पण महाराज निश्चल बसले होते. ही लीला भास्करने ओळखली. स्वामी ब्रह्णगिरीस उद्देशून म्हणाले, "अरे इथे ये. ह्या पलंगावर येऊन बस आणि गीतेचे तत्वज्ञान जे तू सांगतोस ते खरे करून दाखव." ये बैस बैस.

In the evening Brahmagiri began to discourse on the Gita before his disciples. Maharaj was listening sitting on the bed. He started preaching, "Nain Chhindanti Shastrani," and said that killing real saints with weapons does nothing. Because they are self-centered and those whom you are serving seem mad, not wise. Seeing that Bhaskar could not bear the slander of Shri, suddenly Yogagni appeared and set fire to Maharaja's bed. Flames started to appear everywhere but Maharaj was sitting motionless. Leela Bhaskar recognized this. Swami addressed Brahmangiris, "Oh come here. Come and sit on this couch and make the philosophy of the Gita come true as you say." Come on sit , sit.

भास्करने ब्रह्मगिरीला उचलून आणले. "तू माझ्या शेजारी पलंगावर बसून दाखव आणि जे ज्ञान दिले ते सिद्ध कर." असे म्हणताच आधीच दाम्भिक त्यात सत्वपरीक्षा, जीवावरच संकट आलेले बघून तो थरथर कापू लागला. त्याने गजाननाच्या चरणी लोटांगण घालून क्षमायाचना केली. महाराज म्हणाले, "भास्कर या पोटभऱ्यास सोडून दे." गोसावी स्वामींच्या चरणी लागले. सगळ्यांनी महाराजांचा जयजयकार केला.

Bhaskar lifted Brahmagiri. "You sit next to me on the couch and demonstrate what you have learned." As soon as he said this, he began to tremble, seeing that there was already a sattva pariksha, a danger to the life of the hypocrite. He prostrated at Gajanana's feet and begged for forgiveness. Maharaj said, "Leave this gluttonous Bhaskar." Got at the feet of Gosavi Swami. Everyone cheered Maharaj.

 2. Puratan Shiv Mandir:

श्री महादेव मंदीर श्री महाराज असतांना घडलेल्या लिला

१) श्रींच्या पदस्पर्शाने पावन झालेल्या या जागी श्री महाराजांनी बंकटलालाला माळणीच्या घरांतून झुणका-भाकर आणण्यास सांगितले.

२) श्री महाराजांनी पितांबराला नाल्यांमधून तुवा भरुन पाणी आणण्यास सांगितले.

3) अतिपुरातन शिवगांवचे हे शिवमंदीर, जिर्णोध्दार संस्थान करीत आहे. या अगोदर येथील शिल्पकलेच्या दगडावरुन ३ वेळा जिर्णोध्दार झाला. त्या अगोदरची माहिती उपलब्ध नाही. शिवगांवचे नंतर शेगांव नांव झाले.

Sri Mahadev Mandir Lilas that happened during the reign of Sri Maharaj

2) Shri Maharaj asked Pitambara to bring water filled with tuva from the drains.

श्रींनी चिलीम विस्तवाशिवाय प्रज्वलात केली. मरणोन्मुख जानराव देशमुख यांना श्रींचे चरणतीर्थ पाजून आजारातून बरे केले. काशिक्षेत्राहून आलेल्या गोसाव्याने आणलेल्या, प्रसाद‌पुडीचा स्विकार करुन त्याची इच्छा पुर्ण केली, है लिला प्रसंग या पुण्य भुमित घडून आले.

Shri lit the Chilim without a flame. Janrao Deshmukh, who was dying, was cured of his illness by visiting the feet of Shri. Gosava who came from Kashikshetra accepted the prasadpudi and fulfilled his wish.

5. Shri Maroti Mandir

श्री मारोती मंदिरः-श्री महाराज असतांना घडलेल्या लिला

या ठिकाणी श्रावणमासात उत्सव असे, महाराज येथे येऊन बसत. पाटलांची मुले महाराजांस नाना प्रकारे चिडवित असत. पाटलांच्या मुलांनी महाराजांस उसांनी मारण्यास सुरुवात केली. मुले थकल्यावर महाराजांनी ऊसाच्या मोळीचा हातानी पिळून मुलांना रस पाजला. हा प्रसाद मिळाल्यानंतर मुले केलेल्या कृत्याबाबत खजील झाली व श्रींना शरण आली ती ही भूमी.

२) या मंदिरात खंडू पाटीलोनी पुत्र व्हावा म्हणून महाराजांना विनवणी केली. श्रींच्या कृपेने त्यांना पुत्ररत्न झाले. श्री महाराजांच्याच आदेशावरुन भिका हे नांव ठेवले या दिवशी प्रतिवर्षी ब्राह्मणांना आमरसाचे भोजन करीत जावे असां आदेश दिला.

Shree Maroti Mandir:-Leelas that happened during the reign of Shree Maharaj

There was a festival in this place during Shravanmasa, Maharaj used to come and sit here. Patal's children used to annoy the Maharaja in various ways. The sons of the Patels started beating the Maharaja with canes. When the children were tired, Maharaj squeezed sugarcane with his hands and gave the children juice. After receiving this prasad, the children were ashamed of what they had done and surrendered to Shri.

2) Khandu Patiloni begged Maharaja to have a son in this temple. By the grace of Shri, he became Putra Ratna. Named as Bhika on the order of Shri Maharaj himself, he ordered Brahmins to eat Amrasa every year on this day.

 शेगावपासून पाच किमी अंतरावर माण नदीच्या काठी श्री क्षेत्र नागझरी वसले आहे. येथील संत गोमाजी महाराजांचे समाधी मंदिर हे एक महत्त्वाचे ठिकाण आहे. श्री नागेश्वराचे प्राचीन मंदिर आणि अध्यात्मिक प्रवाहांच्या सुंदर प्रवाहामुळे या गावाला श्री क्षेत्र नागझरी अशी ओळख मिळाली.

Sri Kshetra Nagzari is located on the banks of Man River at a distance of five km from Shegaon. The Samadhi Temple of Saint Gomaji Maharaj here is an important place. The ancient temple of Sri Nageswara and the beautiful flow of spiritual streams earned this village the name Sri Kshetra Nagzari.
