Four Hormones That Make Humans Happy.(Must Read..!)

In the garden as usual in the morning.. went for a walk.. me and my wife were sitting on a bench. "She is not happy with her life," she said after chatting quietly for a while. I couldn't believe it because she literally had everything perfect. I asked, "Why do you think so?"

"I don't know. Everyone says I have everything but I don't feel happy inside."

Now I started asking myself, "Am I really happy with myself?"

After some time my inner voice started telling me - "No! I wasn't feeling happy either."

It was a shock to me. Why do you think I started thinking in that direction?

Now I decided to look into this. Read some articles, talked to experts, but nothing seemed to match. Finally a doctor friend of mine gave me an answer that satisfied me.

I did what he said and now I can say that I am a much happier man than before.

He said, there are 'four hormones' in our body that keep us feeling happy, happy-

1. Endorphins

2. Dopamine

3. Serotonin

4. oxytocin

It is important that we understand these hormones, because we need all four of them to be happy.

Endorphins:-

This hormone is produced when we exercise.

This hormone helps the body tolerate pain and overcome sadness.

Then we start to enjoy the exercise because the endorphins help us feel happy.

Laughter is another great way to produce endorphins.

Exercising for thirty minutes a day or reading or watching something funny can help you generate enough endorphins.

Dopamine :-

In our journey of life, we perform many small and big tasks and due to this, more and less dopamine is produced.

When someone appreciates your work at home or at work, you feel worthwhile and happy because the body releases dopamine.

 From this we understand why housewives who do and continue to do many chores often feel frustrated.. because the work they do is rarely appreciated. Dopamine is also produced when we work, earn money, buy new things. Now do you understand why we feel so excited after shopping?

Serotonin

Serotonin is produced when we do something for the happiness or benefit of others.

Serotonin is produced when we go beyond selfishness and do something for nature, society, other people or for our loved ones. Not only this, providing useful information to others on the internet or in social life or writing such type of writing also produces serotonin.

 This is because we spend our precious time helping others.

oxytocin:-

It is created when we become close to someone, behaving in a way that belongs to them.

Oxytocin is produced when we hug someone close to us.

Also, holding hands or putting a hand on the shoulder in a friendly way also releases oxytocin.

So guys, it's very simple.

Get endorphins by exercising every day, get dopamine by accomplishing small but meaningful things, get serotonin by being nice to others by helping others, and get oxytocin by letting your loved ones in!

This is how you learn to be happy, so that you face difficulties or challenges with confidence.

Now we understand that a sad looking baby or toddler needs a hug.

To increase your happiness day by day...

1. Get into the habit of playing some game and enjoy the game. -Endorphins.

2. Appreciate the people around you for the little things. Never pass up an opportunity to appreciate. -Dopamine

3. Try as much as you can to give others the same good things that you have. -Serotonin

4. Learn to hug those close to you without hesitation. The joy from this is many times more than the hesitation.-Oxytocin
