1) Now is the time to enjoy whatever money you have saved or accumulated through hard work, toil, and thrift. There is no greater risk than leaving money behind for children and grandchildren. Because they have no value or awareness of how much effort you have put in to collect this money. Don't be a warning. Time is not right for any kind of investment. So, no matter how grandiose, glamorous, or full proof the investment scheme is. Because of that, sometimes your problems and tensions are likely to increase. Don't forget that you want to live a tension free and peaceful life. So don't invest at this age.
2) You should not worry too much about the financial situation of your children or grandchildren. Don't take it lightly to spend your money on yourself. You took care of your children for so many years, them Food-clothing-shelter provided. Well educated. Let them earn the money they need now.
3) Take care of your health. For this, do as much exercise as you can on a regular basis. Don't do strenuous exercise like going to the gym, running for hours, doing yoga or pranayama for hours. Don't fall into the trap of doctors or drug addiction for no reason.

9) Keep your knowledge and information updated. Read newspapers. T. V. Check out the news above. Become a member of a social networking site. You like people. Maybe you will meet old friends or girlfriends again. Stay connected, there is great joy in this too.
10) Respect the youth and their opinions. Sometimes there may be a difference in your thinking and theirs. But they are the future of tomorrow. Advice to them will automatically straighten things out. Give, guide and that too only if they ask for it, don't criticize them out of hand or find fault with them.
11) Don't make weird expressions like it was in our time, it was like that in our time. Because your time is now, not yesterday. So don't go to India constantly throwing in your face what happened yesterday.
12) Most of the congregations are crying because they are old. Very few churches accept aging with joy. Life is too short. So don't do that. Always try to be in the company of happy people. That will make you happy too. Stay away from depressed, sad, crying people. Remember, nobody likes sad and angry people.
Some rules to stay fit after age 40 and live a healthy 100 years
1. Make it a habit to sleep early at night so that you feel refreshed after waking up in the morning.
2. Do morning walk every day.
3. Daily meditation, yoga should be done. This increases concentration and will also relieve stress.
4. Exercise should be done daily; it keeps the body healthy.
5. Wake up early in the morning and drink warm water with lemon juice so that there will be no stomach related problems and it will also purify the body. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
