When the amount of cholesterol

◼️ Drink maximum boiled water
every day.
◼️ Choose 2-4 washed Tulsi leaves
every morning and eat them. Drink 5 drops of lemongrass oil in a
glass of water in the morning.
◼️ Wash the lemon with water then
boil two glasses of water in a pot. When the water is warm,
squeeze the lemon and put the lemon peel in
the water. Discard the lemon peel.
◼️ Every morning before brushing,
chew 2-4 cloves of garlic. Or you can eat garlic tablets.
◼️ Use limited number of garlic
in daily diet. Consume foods made from coconut oil.
◼️ Use cod liver oil in foods and
consume those foods. Taking omega-3 pills is also okay.
◼️ Consume foods that are rich in
vitamin B3, C, and E.
◼️ Consume a bowl of curd in
lunch every day. Curd helps in digestion of food.
◼️ Avoid consumption of fast
