Obesity: -
Obesity is becoming less of a problem and more of a disease. Because for every 2 people, one person has lost his stomach. Gradually this obesity increases to such an extent that it even kills. This problem is one of the common problems of today.
The root cause of this problem is
an unbalanced lifestyle. But in some cases, obesity may be due to a medical
condition
If your body accumulates more fat
than you need, it is considered that your health is in jeopardy. So nowadays
people pay more attention to fine detail living. But they make mistakes in that
too and then what...? Then there is more obesity to deal with.
Sometimes this obesity is established at a young age and increases with age. Like a classmate. So, either control obesity at the right age and don't make mistakes while losing weight.
It is a common tragedy that
weight is not lost as fast as it is gained. Losing weight takes a lot of hard
work. If the medical condition is obesity, then more hard work must be done. In
that case, keep full focus on the tips of the wellness coach.
1. Eat as much as you want, eat anything but don't let the calories
add up
Most people think that they can
eat anything or everything. In the process, they often exceed the calorie limit
without even realizing it. So, friends, how can this work? Unless you stop
going over your calorie limit, it's impossible to keep your weight under
control.
So, it is important to avoid
packed foods, processed foods and less nutritious foods from your diet.
More processed foods accelerate
the aging of cells. Because it contains high number of hydrogenated oils. These
are full of trans fats that increase inflammation in the body. This increases
the chance of cell damage.
2. Don't just eat protein –
Generally, more protein is eaten
in the diet mainly to prevent weight gain. Which is very wrong. Weight gain is
related to the calories you eat. So, it is important to ensure adequate protein
intake. Apart from losing weight, protein deficiency is also a major cause of
aging.
Consuming more protein helps the
body stay slim. But protein deficiency leads to muscle loss and consequent loss
of metabolic power. This causes bone loss. So don't just eat protein to get
lean.
3. Consider different options for eating –
How will it work if we have only
protein or only calcium in our diet...? Many people only eat fruit or fruit
juice to get slim. Apart from this, foods such as shakes, or protein bars are
also included in the diet. So, focus on eating such foods occasionally.
This is because many products are
highly processed and high in sugar. Excess sugar leads to the development of
chronic diseases and accelerates aging.
Five steps to lose weight
1) Avoid high calorie diet and
eat low calorie diet. Also, if eating three meals, keep a gap of 3 to 4 hours
between any two meals.
2) Exercise for at least one hour
continuously between 5 am and 7 am. Because in the first 15-20 minutes, glucose
(sugar) is burned and in the next 40-45 minutes, fat (fat) is burned, so
sweating continues.
3) Always drink hot water. Drink
3 to 4 litres of water daily in a glass every hour.
4) Eat light food at night, take
less food. Eating late at night increases fat, so eat as early as possible
around seven. Also, after taking food at night, do Shatpavali and drink a glass
of warm water two hours after the meal and go to sleep.
5) Eat only two meals a day.
Around 9 am and around 7 pm. Drink only water or buttermilk occasionally.
By doing this, your weight will
be under control and if you make this habit permanent, it will stay under
control forever.
Those who have gained a little
weight and want to lose it and those who want to keep their weight under
control can benefit from following the above formula.
Obesity and Ayurveda
Laugh, and be fat' is the slogan
in the campaign. The relationship between laughter and obesity is not known.
Because famous comedian Charlie Chaplin and Acharya Atre had different
personalities. But since obesity is the root of many diseases, you may laugh
heartily, but don't become fat.
Ayurveda mentions eight types of
malleable bodies. In it, obese body is considered as blasphemy. In today's 21st
century, many people are cursed with obesity due to sedentary lifestyle (diet
and little exercise).
Except for the poor, working
class, even from the lower middle class to the upper class, to the nouveau
riche, most people find obesity disorder due to too healthy and too nutritious
diet.
High consumption of sweet, cold, oily, ghee, irregular meals, overeating, heavy meals late at night, parties, constant traveling by two-wheelers, four-wheelers so not even a simple walk let alone exercise, working hours from early morning to late night.
Due to many bad reasons such as
increased mental stress, obesity becomes a disease. A person who is slim till
youth, even twenty-five, gets fat when he gets married after getting a job.
Sleeping during the day, waking
up late in the morning, living in an environment of constant entertainment,
anxiety, lack of care, and some people get this disease due to genetics.
Obesity can have many side
effects. The chances of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes is very
high. Chances of cancer increase.
There is no enthusiasm to do any work, even the slightest exertion leads to shortness of breath. Even though the body looks big, it is weak and weak. There is a lot of laziness. Feels like sitting or lying down. The body has a specific odor.
Sweating profusely. There is a
lot of hunger, similarly there is a lot of thirst. Excessive hunger leads to
overeating. That food gets digested quickly and hunger returns. Food is taken
back. Such a vicious cycle follows. It increases weight.
Obesity is a hereditary disease. Consuming too much nutritious food is satarpan. Some individuals actually tend to become obese even with a high intake of rice in their diet.
If we want to avoid the risk of
heart disease, diabetes, cancer in the 21st century, it is essential to
consider obesity as a disease and treat it as a priority.
